The All-Inclusive

You're sipping a bowl of luscious pork belly ramen from your favorite noodle shop, but you can't even enjoy the melts-in-your-mouth meat and savory broth. You know the FODMAP diet will help your IBS, but you can't bring yourself to give up all things delicious. (The roller coaster of guilt makes your stomach hurt more.)

Learn to manage IBS with delicious food, not deprivation.

The All-Inclusive Package is a 5-month, personalized 1-on-1 coaching program that guides you through the FODMAP Diet from start to finish. You'll feel better fast, learn what foods set off your IBS, and design your unique way of eating that's NOT about restriction, but long-term happiness.

What life looks like after...

  • You don't stress about ordering off a restaurant menu because you know which FODMAPs to avoid and which ones are actually your friends.
  • You're excited for your upcoming wine and food-filled trip to Italy because you've learned to indulge without flaring up your symptoms.
  • You don't eat at home alone before heading out to a dinner party.
  • You throw on your favorite jeans at a moment's notice because you're not bloated on the regular (In fact, your cozy sweatpants are feeling awfully neglected.).

In 5 months, you are finished with the FODMAP Diet. Boom, done.

Say hello to a lifetime of IBS relief.

PHASE 1 >>> You spend about 6 weeks doing the Elimination Phase. It's NOT about deprivation, it's about feeling better fast.

PHASE 2 >>> The Reintroduction Phase typically takes 8 weeks. You test the FODMAP groups to learn (not just guess!) which ones trigger your symptoms, and in what portion sizes.

PHASE 3 >>> The Real-Life Phase is unique to the Calm Belly Method that you can only get here. You use everything you learned to develop your own unique eating style that keeps IBS under control long-term without feeling restricted.

Why It's Different

I created the Calm Belly Coaching Method for women who don't want to give up their social lives or live in fear of eating the wrong thing. It is possible to use the FODMAP diet to manage your IBS without making food your enemy.

Here's what's special about the Calm Belly Method:

  1. Even foodies can do the FODMAP diet! I've been passionate about eating since I was a toddler (Ask me, I'll tell you stories.), and I got through the FODMAP diet without giving up the pleasures of eating. I help you do the same.
  2. I don't label foods as "safe" versus "unsafe." Instead you learn how to make the best choices in any given situation based on your personal tolerance levels.
  3. I don't tell you to eat bland food. If new and exotic flavors make your life worth living, you'll learn how to keep those and still cut the FODMAPs.
  4. I "get" that you can't stay home for 5 months while you do the FODMAP diet. You have dinners, parties, work events, even vacations...and that's okay. You learn how to enjoy them and minimize the FODMAPs, OR how to take a break and get right back on track--whatever makes the most sense for the circumstances.

What happens next:

  1. When you click the red button, you'll be directed to short questionnaire where you'll fill out your basic info.
  2. When you submit that questionnaire, you'll be automatically directed to my online calendar where you'll schedule your first session.
  3. Within 24 hours, I'll send you a Client Agreement and an invoice, which you can pay with a credit or debit card.
  4. When I receive your Client Agreement and payment, I'll send you a Welcome Pack and we'll be ready to go!
  5. I'll also request that you keep a food journal for 4 to 7 days and send it to me 24 hours before our first session. This will help us hit the ground running.

The All-Inclusive Package includes the following:

  • One 45-min foundational coaching sessions plus 9 30-minute sessions conducted live via Skype or phone, scheduled every 2 weeks ($800)
  • Up to 3 email coaching sessions per week (you email me + I email you back within 24 hours, M-F) ($800)
  • Food journal reviews as needed so you know you're eating the right things and no sneaky FODMAPs are tripping you up ($800)
  • Private Pinterest board with new recipes added regularly based on your preferences and needs ($200)
  • Menu templates, workbooks, worksheets and resources (including my cookbook Deluxe Edition 4-Week Meal Plan) ($200)
  • Custom-made FODMAP Trigger Food Report summarizing what you learned from the Reintroduction process ($200)

---> PLUS everything in this package is tailored to YOUR unique needs, whether you want to gain or lose weight, or have additional food intolerances to deal with.

That’s $3,000 worth of coaching, workbooks, and custom health coaching for...

This is for you if:

  • You've been told to try the FODMAP diet by a medical professional, or you know the FODMAP diet is the next step based on your diagnosis (IBS, for example).
  • You have other dietary restrictions besides just FODMAP and need personalized help to make it all work together (without tearing your hair out or becoming a nutrition expert).

  • You're not able to cook healthy meals regularly.
  • You don't have regular access to a computer and high-speed internet.

About Julie O'Hara

You just want to figure out what foods set off your IBS so you can get back to actually enjoying eating again. But it's not that simple, I get it: After suffering with IBS for 12 years, I should have been thrilled to learn about the FODMAP Diet. Instead, I was frustrated by the lack of guidance and the conflicting, minimal information I could find online.

As a food writer for health magazines including Clean Eating, Shape and Prevention, I made my living by cooking.  Since I was afraid to give up my favorite meals (I'm talking to you, Caramelized Onion and Sausage Pizza), I wasted months before getting serious and doing the FODMAP Diet.

Through my health coaching programs, I'm determined to save you the frustration and overwhelm I went through, so you can learn your personal food tolerances and finally take control of IBS.

Frequently Asked Questions

1) What if I have other dietary restrictions besides low-FODMAP?
Any recommendations I make for you are designed around your specific food preferences and needs. Many of my past clients have had other food intolerances that we manage while doing the FODMAP diet.

2) Are you a dietitian?
No, I'm a Health Coach. My role is to give you a clear path to reach your goals, along with the advice, tools, motivation and accountability to get you there as smoothly as possible. My coaching packages are not intended to replace consultation with a medical professional. I can guide you through the FODMAP diet, but I can't diagnose your underlying medical issues.

3) Do you provide meal plans?
No. I've tried offering this service in the past, and I've found that what clients want more is flexibility and the opportunity to ask questions about modifying recipes, choosing ingredients, and figuring serving sizes. I'll give you new recipe ideas through your private Pinterest board; I'll help you come up with simple go-to meals to get you through busy days; and I'll give you tips and suggestions based on your schedule and food needs. I love to talk about food, so anytime you're stuck on what to cook or how to adapt your old favorites, I'll be ready to help.

4) What is email coaching?
Getting your questions answered along the way is crucial for getting through the FODMAP diet as smoothly as possible. One email coaching session = you email me + I email you back within 24 hours. Unless it's Saturday—I put away my coaching hat one day every week.

5) I've never used Skype. What is it?
Skype is a free video calling service. Anyone can sign up and use it to video chat with other Skype users anywhere in the world. I've found it to be the most reliable and easy option. For me to contact you on Skype, I'll just need your "Skype name." I'll send you a request to add me as a Contact, and then we're free to chat. If you need help getting set up, just ask! You can download Skype here:

6) Do you give refunds?
I understand that things can change unexpectedly. You have the option to request a full refund by emailing me up 7 days before the first coaching session, no questions asked.
